Borrow My Glasses®

Back Story

I come from a big family. My grandparents and the dozens of aunts, uncles and older cousins in our family circle were magical people in my early life. Little did I know these family experiences would lead me to earn my master's degree in social gerontology (the study of aging) and to more than 20 years in a career that I am still passionate about.

Pictured here are some of my people.

These pictures allow me to acknowledge some of many family members who influenced me, and to whom I owe gratitude for all the opportunities I have. They also remind me that people arrive at their later years after a lifetime of experiences, and how much aging has changed in just two generations.

"Aging" looks different in just two generations...
